Sidney K. Williams has over 30 years of trial experience in criminal, civil, and administrative law. Sidney grew up in a military family, lived abroad as a child, and traveled around the world while serving as a Naval and Air Force officer in the JAG Corps. He was assigned as a prosecutor, defense counsel, and judge in over 200 criminal and administrative trials.
After completing military service, Sidney served as a Senior Civil Rights Attorney with the EEOC's Miami District Office. While with the EEOC he litigated the largest multi-million dollar jury verdict in the history of the Florida Region on a gender and pay discrimination claim. He then transferred to the U. S. Justice Department, I.N.S., and its successor agency Immigration and Customs Enforcement (I.C.E.) in Miami, and served as a prosecutor. Sidney successfully litigated thousands of immigration trials covering the full spectrum of immigration issues.
Sidney also has extensive experience in medical malpractice and personal injury law.
